Beyonce’s ‘ICY PARK’ Gift Packages Are Being Delivered Encased In Actual Ice (Video)

Beyonce is the queen of a lot of things, so go ahead and add innovation to the list. Ahead of the launch of the new Adidas x IVY PARK line, Queen Bey (per usual), is sending out special packages to family and friends.

Some of the new faces featured for the line such as Hailey Bieber and Kaash Paige, shared that they received their ICY PARK packages Friday, and appeared to be stunned by the icy presentation.

Reposted to the IG story of IVY PARK’s official Instagram account, Kaash Paige’s video of her gift package, which featured a pair of Adidas x IVY PARK sneakers, showed the kicks encased in actual ice!

“IVY PARK does it way different,” Kaash could be heard saying in the video. “Bey sent me the shoes, the new ICY PARK collection in ice. Y’all is not doing that for real, though. Shout out to Queen Bey, baby.”

Beyonce and her team were definitely in their creative bag when they drummed this up, but fans on social media quickly started to question the practicality of the package.

Quite a few people joked about having to wait for the package to melt so you can actually wear the shoes, while others suggested hacks such as using a blow dryer or a hammer to get to the shoes quicker.

“Ssoo do I sit it outside to let it melt like who bout to mop the damn floor if it’s in the house,” one Twitter user said.

The ICY PARK line is the third collection in the ongoing Adidas x IVY PARK collaborative partnership.

The line is titled ICY PARK because “the collection brings the streets to the slopes, infusing alpine-ready silhouettes with classic streetwear elements to deliver an array of apparel, footwear, and accessories that champion all forms of creative self-expression,” according to a news release from Adidas.
